Choosing The Right Celebrant For Your Wedding Day
Your officiant is going to help set the tone for your whole day. So finding the right person is one of the most important things to check off your wedding ‘to do’ list.
Here are our top tips for finding the right person –
+ Find someone you would want to hang out with IRL. They will immediately make you feel comfortable and that goes a long way on your wedding day.
+ Choose a celebrant who is in tune with your vibe.
+ Don’t be afraid to ask questions about the process. Will you be having a meeting in person or via Zoom prior to the day? Will they provide you with a copy of what they are going to say so you can approve it?
+Make sure they are familiar with your cultural background and family dynamics.
+ If you are planning on having your video filmed, you might want to check what kind of PA system they use and ask if your videographer will be able to have a line out to record your vows.
